- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and position the oven rack in the lower-middle section.
- Roll out the homemade pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish. Pre-bake the crust for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Chop the pecans coarsely and sprinkle them evenly across the bottom of the pre-baked crust. Pour the custard mixture over the pecans.
- Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 55–60 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
