- Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with 5 tablespoons of melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat 16 ounces of cream cheese and 3/4 cup of sugar until smooth. Gradually add 1/2 cup hot chocolate mix, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 cup sour cream, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Add in 3 large eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and pour filling over crust. Bake for 60-75 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for about 1 hour.
- Refrigerate overnight for at least 6 hours.
- Remove from pan, top with whipped cream and marshmallows before serving.
