Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Layer the boneless, skinless chicken breasts evenly on top of the rice.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture over the chicken breasts evenly.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 60 minutes.
