- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Combine the corn muffin mix, cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, eggs, salt, and honey in a large bowl. Stir until just combined.
- Pour the mixed batter into the prepared baking dish and evenly spread it. Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden edges and clean center.
- In the last 5 minutes of baking, warm the remaining honey and drizzle it over the top of the casserole.
- Allow the casserole to cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing into squares for serving.
