  • 1 packet strawberry jello or substitute with raspberry or another red jello flavor
  • 1 cup red berry vodka or substitute with plain vodka or other flavored options
  • 1 cup boiling water make sure the water is boiling for optimal results
For Decoration
  • 12 candy eyeballs or use gummy eyeballs or other festive decorations if unavailable

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine one packet of strawberry jello powder with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir vigorously for 2-3 minutes until fully dissolved.
  2. Once dissolved, add 1 cup of red berry vodka and stir gently for another minute.
  3. Carefully pour the jello mixture into plastic shot cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  4. Place the filled shot cups in the refrigerator and chill for about 2 hours.
  5. Just before serving, place a candy eyeball on top of each shot.
  6. Arrange the spooky jello shots on a festive tray and serve to your guests.
