Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients.
- In a large resealable plastic bag, add your shredded rotisserie chicken and buffalo sauce. Seal and shake until coated.
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly across the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture over the layer of cream cheese, then drizzle ranch dressing on top.
- Cut ghost shapes from the mozzarella slices and arrange on top of the chicken layer.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and use writing gel to decorate the cheese ghosts.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, sliced veggies, or crusty bread.
