  • 1 wheel Brie Cheese Do not remove the rind before baking.

For the Pastry
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Keep cold for best results.
For the Egg Wash
  • 1 large Whisked Egg Can substitute with milk.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the brie in half, spread raspberry jam in the center, then reassemble.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place the brie in the center. Cut the pastry into strips.
  4. Fold the pastry over the brie in a crisscross pattern, sealing the edges.
  5. Brush the pastry with the whisked egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool, then serve with crackers and fruits.
