  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For grilling.

For the Broccoli
  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets Fresh or frozen.
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Can use plant-based yogurt for dairy-free option.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh juice preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley Can use fresh if available.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F).
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to 165°F.
  4. Steam the broccoli in a pot for about 4-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  5. Mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried parsley in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Slice the grilled chicken and place over the steamed broccoli, drizzling with the creamy garlic sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley or lemon juice.
