  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce adjust spicy level as desired
  • 2 tablespoons Butter for sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
For the Slaw
  • 4 cups Cabbage/Cole Slaw Mix pre-packaged saves time
  • 1 cup Carrot Ribbons shredded carrots work too
  • 1 cup Gorgonzola Cheese or feta/ricotta
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt can substitute with sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice or lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
For the Buns
  • 4 buns Brioche Buns gluten-free options available

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to high heat, around 400-450°F for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder evenly.
  3. In a saucepan, combine buffalo sauce and butter over medium heat until butter melts, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Grill chicken for 4 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 3 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Brush buffalo sauce on chicken after flipping and grill for an additional minute.
  6. Toast brioche buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. In a large bowl, mix cabbage, carrot ribbons, gorgonzola cheese, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and olive oil.
  8. Assemble the sandwiches with ranch or blue cheese dressing, grilled chicken, and slaw on the toasted buns.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious sandwiches!
