Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast the garlic for 30-35 minutes.
- Sauté the spinach in olive oil for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Mash roasted garlic and combine with ricotta, half the mozzarella, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the garlic-ricotta mixture on the pizza crust, layer sautéed spinach, top with remaining mozzarella and feta.
- Bake at 475°F (245°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with basil before slicing.
