- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
- Combine ricotta cheese with chopped spinach, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles over the marinara, add ricotta mixture, shredded chicken, and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara and mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
