Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  3. Combine ricotta cheese with chopped spinach, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer noodles over the marinara, add ricotta mixture, shredded chicken, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara and mozzarella on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  8. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
