Preparation Steps
- Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle measuring approximately 12x16 inches on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread a generous layer of marinara sauce over the rolled-out dough, leaving a half-inch border at the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the marinara sauce, followed by half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Starting from one of the longer sides, tightly roll the dough into a log shape and slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Grease a baking dish and arrange the sliced rolls snugly in the dish, cut side up.
- Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and remaining Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the arranged rolls.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
