For the Filling
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce Adds depth and moisture
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
For the Garlic Butter Topping
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle measuring approximately 12x16 inches on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Spread a generous layer of marinara sauce over the rolled-out dough, leaving a half-inch border at the edges.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the marinara sauce, followed by half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Starting from one of the longer sides, tightly roll the dough into a log shape and slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
  5. Grease a baking dish and arrange the sliced rolls snugly in the dish, cut side up.
  6. Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and remaining Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  7. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the arranged rolls.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven, let cool, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
