Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  2. Unroll the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4-5 inches in diameter.
  3. Take a tablespoon of the beef mixture and place it in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the biscuit over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
  4. In a small bowl, melt butter. Mix in minced garlic. In another bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese with chopped parsley.
  5. Brush each bomb with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle the cheesy parsley mixture over each bomb. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Once baked, allow the bombs to cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm.
