Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes and drain excess fat.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, then stir in shredded cheddar and allow to cool.
- Open biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit to 1/4 inch thick, and place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
- Fold edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
- Melt butter and mix in minced garlic, brushing this mixture over each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve with dipping sauces.
