Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Can substitute with turkey or plant-based options.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Can substitute with soy sauce.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Melts into the mixture.
For the Dough
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Convenient pastry shell.
For the Topping
  • 2 tbsp Butter Unsalted for more control over saltiness.
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes and drain excess fat.
  3. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, then stir in shredded cheddar and allow to cool.
  4. Open biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit to 1/4 inch thick, and place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
  5. Fold edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic, brushing this mixture over each bomb.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve with dipping sauces.

Notes
