Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil. Add the ground beef, cooking until browned, around 7–8 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Combine melted butter with minced garlic in a separate bowl, mixing until well blended.
- Lay tortillas flat and distribute the cooled beef mixture evenly over them, then sprinkle shredded cheeses on top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of your rollups generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Optionally slice into pinwheels for easy sharing.
