- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and cocoa powder, stirring until blended.
- Add the nut butter to the mixture and mix until well-combined and sticky.
- Pour in the sweetener gradually and mix until the dough binds cohesively.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the lined baking sheet, leaving space in between.
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
