  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pre-made pizza dough to about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Spread fig jam evenly across the dough, leaving a half-inch border for the crust.
  4. Crumble fresh goat cheese over the fig jam, followed by a generous amount of shredded mozzarella.
  5. Arrange prosciutto evenly over the cheese layer.
  6. Sprinkle walnuts and chopped rosemary or thyme on the pizza.
  7. Drizzle olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  9. If desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with fresh arugula.
  10. Slice the pizza into wedges and serve warm.
