- Grease a 9"x13" baking dish with butter and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mini marshmallows and heat in 20-second increments until melted.
- In a separate bowl, melt salted butter using similar increments. Mix with marshmallows.
- Pour melted butter into marshmallow mixture and microwave for another 20 seconds. Stir until smooth.
- Add green gel food coloring to the mixture and stir well.
