  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of fine sea salt for 1-2 minutes.
