- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out each flour tortilla and spread pizza sauce over each, leaving a small border. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and chosen toppings on top, then roll tightly.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch thick pieces and place upright on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each roll with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Keep an eye on them to avoid over-baking.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, and garnish with parmesan, red pepper flakes, or fresh basil before serving.
