Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract to the mixture, mixing until well combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just incorporated.
  6. Divide the dough into three equal portions and place each in separate bowls.
  7. Mix powdered freeze-dried strawberries into one portion, and matcha powder into another.
