- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add egg and vanilla extract to the mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just incorporated.
- Divide the dough into three equal portions and place each in separate bowls.
- Mix powdered freeze-dried strawberries into one portion, and matcha powder into another.
- Roll each portion into 50g balls and dust lightly with sugar if desired.
