  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch cake pan by greasing it with butter or non-stick spray.
  2.   3. In a separate large bowl, whisk together 2 1/4 cups of flour, 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar, 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice.
