Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter with maple syrup. Blend until smooth and glossy.
  2. Add old-fashioned rolled oats to the mixture and stir until thoroughly coated.
  3. Spoon out approximately 2 tablespoons of the oat mixture into silicone molds and press down firmly.
  4. Add a dollop of peanut butter on top of each mold filled with the oat mixture.
  5. Place molds in the freezer for about 20 minutes, or until firm.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with a teaspoon of oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each oat cup, ensuring even coating.
  8. Return the molds to the freezer for another 20 minutes to solidify the chocolate.
  9. Once set, gently pop the cups out of the molds and sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top.
