  4. Coat both sides of each cabbage steak with the flavor mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Arrange the cabbage steaks on the baking sheet, leaving space between each for air circulation, and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Flip each cabbage steak halfway through to ensure even cooking until edges are golden brown and crispy.
