- In a large bowl, combine 8 oz of cream cheese, 1 cup of chopped jalapeños, 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 1/2 cup of bacon crumbles, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover the cheese mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In one bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 1 tablespoon of heavy cream until smooth. In another bowl, place 1 cup of finely crushed pork rinds.
- Once the cheese mixture is chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Dip each ball in the egg mixture, then roll in the crushed pork rinds.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray the basket with a light coat of cooking spray. Arrange the coated jalapeno popper bites in a single layer in the basket and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray. Air fry for 12 minutes.
- Once the air frying is complete, carefully remove the Tasty Keto Jalapeno Popper Bites from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes.
