  • 8 oz Goat Cheese Plain or herbed varieties
  • 1 tbsp Honey Opt for raw honey
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Thyme Fresh or dried thyme works
Optional Additions
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes For a spicy kick
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans For added crunch

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Cut out approximately 24 circles using a 2-inch round cutter and place on prepared baking sheets.
  4. Create indentations in the center of each circle with your thumb or a spoon.
  5. Add about 1 tablespoon of goat cheese into each indentation.
  6. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped thyme after removing from the oven.
  8. Serve warm on a platter for your guests.
