Wrap
  • 4 large flour tortillas lettuce leaves can be used for a low-carb option
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce swap for shredded cabbage for different texture
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese any other type of cheese can be substituted based on preference
  • dill pickle slices optional for added crunch and flavor
  • 1 tbsp olive oil can substitute with canola or vegetable oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until smooth and creamy, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate while cooking.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until softened. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Spread special sauce over each tortilla, spoon beef mixture, shredded lettuce, cheese, and optional dill pickle slices.
  4. Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Slice in half for easier serving if desired.
