  6. In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter for the streusel topping until crumbly.
  7. Sprinkle the streusel topping over each muffin, pressing down slightly.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool the muffins in the pan for about 15 minutes.
  10. Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for glaze, adjusting consistency.
