  • 1 can Red Kidney Beans Feel free to substitute with your favorite beans.
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn Use frozen or fresh corn as desired.
Flavors
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley Cilantro can be used for a unique twist.
  • 2 tablespoons Chili Powder Adjust spice level to taste.
Thickening (Optional)

Cooking Process
  1. Sauté the ground turkey with olive oil in a large pot until browned for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and add pureed tomatoes, bell peppers, olives, kidney beans, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes covered, then uncovered for another 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in sweet corn and parsley, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
