- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and light brown sugar until smooth and creamy.

- Sprinkle the sea salt and flour over the mixture, folding until a thick batter forms.
- Fold in three-quarters of the sweetened coconut and chocolate, then pour into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining coconut and chocolate on top, pressing them gently into the batter.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is slightly gooey.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
