Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to low broil. Slice the submarine rolls lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Place the rolls cut side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt. Brush the garlic butter onto the cut sides of the rolls.
- Broil the rolls for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden and crispy. Remove them once they achieve the perfect color.
- Chop the pulled pork, sliced ham, pickles, and Swiss cheese. Mix these ingredients with yellow mustard in a large bowl.
- Fill the toasted rolls with the mixture and serve immediately.
