Cooking Steps
  1. In your crockpot, combine the boneless chicken breasts, minced garlic, crushed tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Season with salt, ground black pepper, and Italian seasoning, then pour in the chicken broth. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  3. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot. Stir in Parmesan cheese and heavy whipping cream.
  4. Add rotini pasta and stir. Cook on low for 30 minutes or high for 15 minutes until pasta is al dente.
  5. Melt butter in a skillet, add bread crumbs, and sauté until golden brown (3-5 minutes).
