Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by slicing chicken breasts into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the chicken with teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated fresh ginger. Mix thoroughly and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is no longer pink and slightly caramelized on the edges.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, chopped green onions, rice vinegar, honey, and remaining sesame oil. Toss until the slaw is nicely coated.
  4. Pour oil into a small pan, enough to submerge the wonton wrappers slightly, and heat until shimmering. Fry the wonton wrappers for 20-30 seconds per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Take each crispy wonton shell and fill it with the cooked chicken, followed by a portion of the prepared coleslaw. Drizzle sweet chili sauce, and if desired, sprinkle sesame seeds and fresh cilantro on top.
