Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by slicing chicken breasts into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the chicken with teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated fresh ginger. Mix thoroughly and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is no longer pink and slightly caramelized on the edges.
- In a separate bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, chopped green onions, rice vinegar, honey, and remaining sesame oil. Toss until the slaw is nicely coated.
- Pour oil into a small pan, enough to submerge the wonton wrappers slightly, and heat until shimmering. Fry the wonton wrappers for 20-30 seconds per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Take each crispy wonton shell and fill it with the cooked chicken, followed by a portion of the prepared coleslaw. Drizzle sweet chili sauce, and if desired, sprinkle sesame seeds and fresh cilantro on top.

Notes
Prep components in advance to serve fresh and crispy. Store taco components separately to maintain crunch.
