  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, shredded cheese, salsa verde, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and season generously with salt and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
  2. Wrap the tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
  3. Lay a warm tortilla flat and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the lower third. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and secure with a toothpick.
