  • 1 large red apple (Fuji or Gala)
  • 1 large green apple
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup toasted pecans or walnuts/sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or vegan mayo
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup/agave
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Preparation Steps
  1. Finely shred the green cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.
