Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. This vibrant marinade will infuse the chicken with flavorful goodness.
  2. Add the boneless, skinless chicken breasts to your marinade, making sure each piece is well-coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.
  3. While the chicken marinates, set your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the marinated chicken from the fridge and arrange the pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
