- In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until soft and translucent.
- Stir in 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken and 1 diced apple. Continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes until heated through and the apples begin to soften.
- Add one can of drained white beans, along with 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper. Stir well and cook for about 1 minute.
