- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and ¼ cup of unsalted butter. Stir constantly for about 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, then pour the melted chocolate fudge mixture into it.
- Drop dollops of 1 cup of marshmallow fluff over the fudge and swirl gently with a knife.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out and slice into squares.
