- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked white rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, and sour cream.
- Add in the shredded cheese, one cup of French fried onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden around the edges.
- Add the remaining French fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, serve hot, and enjoy!
