  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup or cream of mushroom for vegetarian
  • 1 can French Onion Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella or Swiss Cheese
  • 1 cup French Fried Onions for the base
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley for garnish
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Additional French Fried Onions for topping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked white rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, and sour cream.
  3. Add in the shredded cheese, one cup of French fried onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden around the edges.
  6. Add the remaining French fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, serve hot, and enjoy!
