- In a 4-6 quart crockpot, pour in three cups of chicken broth. Layer frozen Mrs. T's cheddar pierogies over the broth, add sliced kielbasa, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Stir gently to mix and coat the pierogies.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours until the pierogies are tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, combine half a cup of chicken broth and cream cheese in a saucepan. Heat over low, stirring until smooth to create a sauce.
- Once the pierogies are tender, pour the creamy mixture into the crockpot, folding gently to integrate. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
