Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Prepare the Stove Top stuffing according to package instructions and spoon it over the chicken mixture.
  5. Spread the stuffing evenly over the chicken mixture and gently press down.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, checking that chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving and garnish with parsley if desired.
