  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter Can substitute with almond butter
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse for about 1-2 minutes until well blended and sticky.
  2. Shape the mixture into 24 small balls (1-inch diameter) using your hands, lightly wetting them to prevent sticking.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the formed balls on it with some space in between.
  4. Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up the protein balls.
  5. Once chilled, store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
