Step-by-Step Instructions for Cranberry and Brie Filo Crackers
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the thawed filo pastry and cut into 36 squares using 6 sheets.
  3. Brush each square with melted butter, place a slice of brie, a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
  4. Roll each square tightly from the brie end and pinch the ends to secure the filling.
  5. Brush the tops lightly with butter and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
