  • 1 cup Shrimp Raw, peeled, and deveined, chopped
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning Optional
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, dill, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Create a pocket in each salmon fillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each fillet with the seafood mixture and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Place stuffed fillets in the baking dish and add a slice of lemon on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until salmon is opaque and reaches 125°F internally.
  7. Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving.
