Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of cooked and shredded chicken, 1 ½ cups of diced ham, and 1 ½ cups of shredded Swiss cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together ½ cup of sour cream, ¼ cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and ham mixture and stir gently until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared 9x13 inch baking dish and top with the remaining ½ cup of Swiss cheese.
  6. Mix ½ cup of bread crumbs with 2 tablespoons of melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Allow the casserole to cool for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
