Instructions

  4. Beat eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract together until pale and thick.
  5. Slowly add the cooled chocolate and butter mixture to the egg mixture until fully combined.
  6. Fold in the dry ingredient mixture until no visible flour streaks remain.
  7. Drop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
