- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, finely chopped green onions, diced bell pepper, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, kosher salt, red pepper flakes, and fresh lime juice. Mix thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes.
- Wet your hands and form the mixture into four equal-sized patties, about ¾ inch thick. Place on a plate or a parchment-lined tray.
- Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
- Carefully place the patties in the hot skillet and cook for about 2.5 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for another 2.5 minutes until fully cooked.
