Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, finely chopped green onions, diced bell pepper, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, kosher salt, red pepper flakes, and fresh lime juice. Mix thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Wet your hands and form the mixture into four equal-sized patties, about ¾ inch thick. Place on a plate or a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
  4. Carefully place the patties in the hot skillet and cook for about 2.5 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for another 2.5 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. While the burgers are cooking, toss mixed greens with olive oil, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Once cooked, let the patties rest for a few minutes. Assemble each plate with a portion of dressed greens and a burger on top, garnishing with avocado and tomato.
