Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Take a golf ball-sized portion of the mixture and flatten it into a patty. Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center, mold the meat around it, and shape it into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix ketchup and mustard to create a glaze. Brush generously over each meatball.
  5. Arrange glazed meatloaf bites on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  6. Allow bites to cool for a few minutes, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm alongside various dipping sauces.
