- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season raw chicken with salt and pepper, bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Let rest and dice into small pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds to 1 minute until golden.
- Add diced chicken to garlic oil, warm through for 1-2 minutes. Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Place a tortilla on a clean surface, add cheesy chicken mixture, fold sides and roll tightly.
- Melt butter in the skillet, toast wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove from skillet, let cool for 1-2 minutes, cut in half, and garnish with parsley.
