  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced, for aroma
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for sautéing
  • 1 cup cheese shredded mozzarella or cheddar
For the Wrap
  • 4 pieces tortillas gluten-free or low-carb varieties optional
  • 1 tablespoon butter for toasting
For Garnishing
  • parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season raw chicken with salt and pepper, bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Let rest and dice into small pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds to 1 minute until golden.
  3. Add diced chicken to garlic oil, warm through for 1-2 minutes. Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  4. Place a tortilla on a clean surface, add cheesy chicken mixture, fold sides and roll tightly.
  5. Melt butter in the skillet, toast wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  6. Remove from skillet, let cool for 1-2 minutes, cut in half, and garnish with parsley.
