Cooking Steps

  3. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned, around 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, let meld for a minute, then add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook gnocchi according to package directions, usually for 2-3 minutes until they float. Drain and set aside.
  6. Combine gnocchi with bolognese sauce in a baking dish, ensuring even coating.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
